Q&A's Builders teamed up with Living in Space to collaborate on a beautiful project, that includes modern design with luxury finishes. Working closely with the design team, architects and engineers to execute this 5 storey renovation.

Defining the layout
The upper floors were then re-configured to convert a bathroom to study, bedroom to master en-suite and dressing room, with another floor being divided into 2 bedrooms with a bathroom between. The roof was then lifted and a dormer added to the rear with pivot and slide door technology and a seamless glass Juliet balcony.

Transformation Complete
Starting in the basement, the entire floor was excavated, adding structural support for the additional floor to be added above. Create Bespoke Beauty was brought in to construct and install the kitchen units, built-in wardrobes and storage solutions, all of which were executed to the highest standard.

Think about how you use your space before you start designing. Try to imagine every aspect: where you’ll cook, where you’ll eat etc. Think about the things you would use and where they should be located, like having the coffee machine close to an island, for example. I think it’s really important you start imagining how you would use the space from the start. Q & A’s Builders were a pleasure to work with, highly recommend.
