An amazing transformation from a traditional mansion block flat into a contemporary open plan living space, this project totally updates the space to create a truly modern apartment.

The concept for the interiors was developed by designers Turner Pocock and we have worked closely with them to turn their vision into reality. Slick modern detailing and a simple pallet of materials creates a comfortable and stylish design. Much focus has been placed on lighting and AV is seamlessly integrated. All systems are controlled by iPads making scene setting, entertainment and comfort levels really simple to control.

By using the latest research into fire and means escape from apartments, we were able to do away with a fire protected corridor which allowed the kitchen, living room and dining area to be fully open plan.

Simple, yet effective fire protection measures have been introduced to protect the residents and property.
