Stage 1:
Preparing the concept design
The main part of the brief was just that; create an open plan space on a split level ground floor. The space had to have clearly defined areas so that everybody can be together or doing their own thing in the same space at the same time. Hand in hand with our clients we designed a family home that that worked for them on all levels. They had lots of ideas that we helped transform into reality during the design stage. Planning, building control and all the usual permissions were managed by us.
