Sketch Designs
After our free consultation and once instructed we would supply you with some initial CAD sketch designs in line with your brief. These sketches would be presented to you and can be amended as needed.
Planning Applications
Plans, Elevations, Site Plans, Design & Access Statement, Application forms. We will also organise any external consultancy services that may be required. We are also Accredited Agents of Cornwall Council.
Building Regulations
All detailed drawings required to provide you with a Building Regulation approval. We are partnered with Cornwall Council and also work with an independent Building Control Company.
Working drawings / Tender
This will involve construction detailing, schedules & specifications which would then be sent to out to selected contractors. We also work closely with Quantity Surveyors to help with budgeting where required.
Contract Administration & CML & PCC Certificates

Energy
We can provide Design SAP calculations and PEA (Predicted Energy Assessments) for all new build dwellings and conversions. We will also provide you with an EPC certificate on completion.
