We have completed new build, and refurbishment projects of prime office spaces in central London and the south-east. We have obtained planning permission for over 80 residential schemes and delivered many of these to a high standard ready for occupation. This includes works for private clients, developers and housing associations. Our retail experience includes creating great space for major retailers such as Next and New Look. We have created designs for more than 80 student accommodation projects some of which have been part of mixed-use developments.
Our leisure experience covers a variety of schemes including hotels, hostels and activity centres for kids and young adults. The value of our projects ranges from £25,000 to over £35,000,000.
