We only work in sectors where we can demonstrate a track record of successfully delivered projects. Our largest construction project in terms of construction cost is £1 million with the highest end value being £4.25 million. We have successfully achieved planning consent for schemes of up to 115 dwellings.
We’re still a small business, preferring to work efficiently and make the most of our contacts, rather than pursuing growth that would dilute our service and reputation. We’re passionate about construction and property, but most of all value good relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors.
About Mark
Educated in Aberdeen and Edinburgh, Mark has spent his career in and around London moving to Winchester in 2008 with his wife and young family.
Throughout his career Mark has been involved in the design and construction of high quality residential schemes, both in leading architect practices Jestico and Whiles and Ellis Williams, and leading urban regeneration developers Berkeley Homes and Galliard Homes. His experience in managing complex development and regeneration projects means that your project will also be well run.
Mark is an active community member, first by supporting his local pre-school and now as a school governor. He also takes an active role in his profession and served on the board of the ARB and is a council member of the RIBA.
